    66-67 Charger Seat Cover Question

The '66 had a horizontal pattern, '67 was vertical. I think there is a layer of batting sewn into the covers that gives a little shape to the pattern. The batting goes flat over time and the vinyl also shrinks pulling everything tighter.

    440 mopar rods

Well in that case honestly the 440 sounds like the way, as i can get a cheaper crank, cheaper/stock rods, pistons and work on the heads and do a valve job myself with some help, and detail and clean up the casting imperfections which you say should work out decent until I save for a set of...

    Shoulder belt mounting point

I searched some more and found it. It was in the 66-67 forum not the Charger forum, thanks. FYI it is a kit from Seat Belts Plus for 64-67 Mopar B Bodies. It looks like it will work in the Charger.

    66-67 Charger Seat Cover Question

I've noticed that the reproduction covers for these all have the same stitching pattern, but have a pretty well-defined "tuck and roll" bump between each row of stitches. The rear covers in mine are not split, have the same stitch pattern, but are flat. I feel like a good number of pictures...

BS on changing tire alignment specs from stock.

A lot of specs across the board went from 1/4 p caster to 3 p caster from the early 70s to late 70s. Probably as a result of radial tires? But camber generally stayed at about 1/4 p. Probably because the new radial tires stayed relatively skinny? I've come to the conclusion that fat tires...

    440 mopar rods

Nope, never built one, and sadly...the only small block we stroked was a Ford 351 to 396. That was worth every penny, even though I am not much of a Ford fan.Lol I have never, regretted stroking a engine as we have a 512, 526 and a 542. More comparable to what your wanting we currently have 2...

Quarter window decals yay or nay ?

Here's an authentic water slide decal on my rear window. It is correct for the era and also the car ran Caslers on its maiden voyages down the track. My rear quarter windows have only two water slide decals indicating infamous street racing haunts in the NYC area where the car also loitered at...
