Quick question, what are these moldings called on the rear of the 69 Coronet. Both of mine have been removed ( I have them) and getting ready to start the bodywork. Looks like they are held in place with inserts that go into the body. I need to find a source for the inserts to replace, but I’m...
Call this guy. This who I get my stuff from.

Glass bead parts, mix solution, heat to 190*, dip parts, remove and oil. Super simple.
If Dave (71RRHI) can't help you. I had one and sold it on here. Member @PLMHEMI bought it and I believe he relisted it for sale here. He may still have it.
The '70 Coronet in your avatar doesn't have the ramcharger (fresh air; N96 option) hood.
Are you doing an upgrade to your car or working on a different car with the ramcharger?
Just curious.
I thought it was kind of handy for the **** sites to know my favourites and offer suggestions, complete with a welcome back notice. Must have got side tracked and that is how I got the wrong valve springs.
I dunno about that.....I've been running a straight pipe on my 95 Dakota for years now and it smells just like the cars of the 60's....yeah, no muffler and no cat. The wife loves the sound of it LOL
And another little task underway. The hood is out by Vancouver but should be headed this way early February. I got these here on FBBO from Dutchrebuild. They need work but that is exactly how he advertised them. They will be perfect when I’m done. Got the sticker and paint off the first one.
Pretty sure a 1990 would have been a roller cam engine originally.
I'm not a small block guy but I think the lifter bores/ casting are taller than the older la engines to support the roller lifters.
Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me on small blocks can chime in.
