What goes in there?

Hi, this is the first car with AC I got, I'm trying to learn about it but in the meantime... what should go in there?

All my 318s had that port sealed.

The hose connected to it is going to the vaccum (under battery) but what else should be connected there? Or just use a blank plug?

Sure won't run good with that open. Either vacuum brake booster or capped.

It is running fine to be honest. But certainly can be better.
And when the carb was on fire, I had some fire coming from there as well.
