    Pricks!

In all seriousness, I've noticed a decided lack of social graces in folks in general since everyone was released back into the real world after Covid - it's like it set back societal behavior a generation, making everyone stay home for so long. Might just be me....

CRAFTSMAN 159 Piece Mechanics Tool Set (CMMT12125)

I think we all pretty much started with a starter set something like this. Then it's like being a crack junky after that. I was helping my younger son (professional mechanic), unload his 4 large chests the other day as he just got a new gig. Grunting I remarked "Jesus Christ you have allot of...

Legal issue with VIN on a B-J car today?

Has anyone asked how they removed the VIN from the dash at the auction - without removing the windshield? Is the dash pad now thrashed?

Bench seat too close to wheel

Same here. My problem is i am too short to reach the pedals so I can’t put the seat back. Once I squeeze my fat stomach under the steering wheel I’m good.

    Stripped Holley carb fuel inlet

You must have misunderstood my reference.....the accelerator pump holes for the elastomer inlet valve and outlet passage are NOT drilled.....you do not need a pump gasket or housing mounting screws.....NOTHING IS NEEDED, except for the float, float inlet needle, float adjustment nut...

CRAFTSMAN 159 Piece Mechanics Tool Set (CMMT12125)

I bought my son-in-law one of these for Christmas and a tool chest for his birthday, on the 21st. He’s not super handy but, he’s trying and it’s good to have, when I’m there doing something. I have him work with me, when the school has breaks. He definitely wants to learn.

This target thrower looks like fun

The targets are a heck of alot cheaper than the old school clay ones. $0.26 vs $0.63 per target. Only down fall i see is you can only load one or two targets at a time. Be nice if you could load it up with more. It’s a lot more portable then a clay machine though. Might need two batteries as...

What are your Mopar goals for 2025?

The 84 D150 is a "Miser" model with a slant six and 4 speed overdrive. It has been a long drawn out project, started by me and idea sold to my Son. The truck initially intrigued me a few years ago with it's drivetrain, a combo I hadn't experienced yet, and the body wasn't so bad that a guy was...

A couple of stories. 1974 a friends father who didn’t really believe in following peoples belief in being sheep. Wanted to purchase a fur coat for his wife for Christmas. Went to the local fur coat people, and asked about purchasing one. Owner said come back when you can afford it. City of...

best tire combo? 275/60/15 rear.. 235/60/15 looks short for front.

getting a bit spooked for the awesome 295 50's on my 8" rims.. it would "work" but not be ideal till i get 9" or ideally, 10" rims. to get my front looking better may just get the 245 60's up front or 225 70's.. and keep the 275 60's out back that are on the car. i added another 1.5 turs on the...
