The headlight motor ground wire is hooked up. The wires in question do appear to be brown with a white tracer. Two wires going into one connector and one wire by itself not hooked to anything
No. The molding in question is the same for Vinyl Top or 2-tone paint. (reference image from parts manual is from Coronet section since the Charger may not reference 2-tone at all)
The Drip-Rail molding, on the other hand, is slightly different in dimension for Vinyl vs. No Vinyl (paint)...
