Ok, in looking at my build sheet looks like mine didn't have the undercoating or the under hood pad?? @Richard Cranium did any of your past chargers come without the under hood pad from the factory?

The headlight motor ground wire is hooked up. The wires in question do appear to be brown with a white tracer. Two wires going into one connector and one wire by itself not hooked to anything

No. The molding in question is the same for Vinyl Top or 2-tone paint. (reference image from parts manual is from Coronet section since the Charger may not reference 2-tone at all) The Drip-Rail molding, on the other hand, is slightly different in dimension for Vinyl vs. No Vinyl (paint)...
