Anyone delete the vinyl roof, but keep the chrome trim?

...no vinyl top?
No. The molding in question is the same for Vinyl Top or 2-tone paint. (reference image from parts manual is from Coronet section since the Charger may not reference 2-tone at all)

The Drip-Rail molding, on the other hand, is slightly different in dimension for Vinyl vs. No Vinyl (paint) {~0.040"??}. (This image is from the Charger section of the parts manual) Typically, the Vinyl molding has a lightly inked stripe down the inside length to differentiate. (note the joint "Cover" is the same for both and symmetrical side-to-side) Anyone know what the un-numbered "Spacers" are? - I'm drawing a blank...

Edit: It finally occurred to me that the design of the Charger is so different, it's apple to oranges to compare to the other b-bodies. If you run a search, there is a previous thread (not too long ago, either) about how the check-mark and quarter moldings align and what other folks have seen for varying "gap-osis" at the rear window abutment, the wrap-around, and the drip rail end
