I would look out for a parts car. Maybe a 4 door Satellite and grab the interior, dash parts, fenders etc off of it. That way it’s a car again, then work on getting a Hemi. Just a thought. Cool car nonetheless.
All it would take is a random errant or mis-read signal instructing the ECM to ignite a single spark way too early, regardless of throttle position. First determination would seem to be is it random, cyclic, and/or the same cylinder.

They work very well. Kind of necessary for two reasons, it saves me getting gassed out when I am warming her up and also because it’s a shared garage. The last thing I want to do is piss off the neighbours. I’m in my last year here and just want to get through it, before we both jump on a boat...
With a deeper pan, you can add more oil [ 7 qts ]. Less risk of the pan being sucked dry. why 1/2" off the floor? My guess is that the extra distance provides smoother flow/less turbulence into the pick up entrance.
