Cam is a 31-2177. Total duration 253. This is the Edelbrock Performer cam that they suggested. Made by Comp Cams.
I have the 41-1507 lifters and the cam gears and chain.

Did you check to see if the seat had 'risers' ? My 66 Belvedere did. I'm only 5' 9" and sat up like I was over 6' tall.....that was a good thing in the late 60's but don't like to sit high anymore.
