I did Google instrument panel for a 1967 charger and didn't see anything similar. I did see a t-handle that looked like a inside hood release. This T-handle was on the left of the steering column in line with the headlight and wiper switch

A/C cars go HD cooling. You'd have to look up in the 73 parts book or maybe a galen book for the fan blade and clutch part numbers. Those usually have ink stamped p/n's.
There aren’t any knobs to pull, except for the light switch. You have headlights hold open switch is a toggle switch, which has a red light. Google 67 Charger and you should find the controls.
