I’m looking at some online and I think they installed it backwards. That’s why it has that little lip on the outside lip/edge. Having it inside would make it easy to remove because of the grooves on the outside.

Take a magnet and make sure its steel. If so stick a tight fitting nut in the hole. Tack weld it to the steel sleeve. Then run a long threaded bolt or rod in and it will push it out. Make sure the ground is clean on the flange. Do not ground it anywhere else.
I've installed some new seats and want to know if its worth trying to sell the mystery seats that came with the car. Even if they aren't worth much money I'd feel bad throwing them away if there is a local person who had been searching for that exact seat.
