Talked to the man who put the 440 in the car and he told me the 383 he took out was not number matching. Don't know why the original motor was taken out, maybe someone blew it up.

mopar hd bought for challenger and felt like they were like the 50 years old shot ones,Espo i bought and was very happy and great customer service. The mopar hd are made in mexico and are still laying on the ground in the backyard. Free to anyone.
Used one set of MP springs and they sagged after two years. Done three cars with ESPO springs and they hold up great. I like the 6 leaf HD stock height. At first they are up an inch or two but they settle in nicely.
