Damper Doctor rebuilds balancers, but you can get an inexpensive one from summit racing for about $100. If an engine requires the original balancer, or a replacement is not available, I have them rebuilt.
As Kiwi said, junk it and get a new one.
What you go with all depends on how much you want to spend and how much you care about where your parts are made.
The old trusty 'Fluidampr' is nice but pricey. The 440Source makes a decent (china) fluid-filled damper for much less money.

Nice to hear it works fine. I just wonder, it has a shoulder on one side that the outer bearing race seats against. On the stock one it was on the inside, so that is the way I put it together. Is that the way yours is installed?
Ozzy, No more Tours tour 2. Had awesome seats, then he hurt himself again/or ill, rescheduled..Then the "Rona" happened. Flat out cancelled the tour..

I’m getting the dash back together on a 69 Charger after re-wiring, replacing the instrument panel, AC box and the master cylinder.
I’m being held up by a seemingly simple job. I can’t get the flexible duct to engage the outlet. I’ve tried from below without removing the outlet and the other way...
Gonna replace the 205/70R14's and cop drag wheels with GR7015 Firestone RWL with Cragar S/S and address the ride height and other suspension issues...lots of sway through curves...more than I remember from these cars. I appreciate all of the replies.
