How risky is removing and reinstalling a cam bearing if oil hole isn’t aligned?

First of all how "not lined up" is it? How much oil do you think 1 cam bearing needs? Unless you totally missed the hole I'll take a guess and say the size of the hole that is lined up would flow way more than 10 times what that cam bearing can use. You are doing a cheap build. So if you feel...

How risky is removing and reinstalling a cam bearing if oil hole isn’t aligned?

There is nothing "Cheap" dealing with a LS engine; it is not a 350 GM. If you have to go back in, the heads need to come off to remove the cam & lifters, so there's about $200 for gaskets and new head bolts. Then, you need a new balancer bolt (240 ft/lbs) not to mention getting the balancer...

And So It Begins - Tremec TKX Conversion Into A 64 Polara

So, I'm pretty sure I've got the pedal thing sorted out. I have at least 30 hours invested in this, probably more. I've been in and out from under the dash countless times. I've spent way to much time on this. SST's literature on this says it's a no hassle "perfect fit" install. It's not so far...

Is Moparmall safe to do business with?

They finally replied and said it looks like it’s in transit and gave me a tracking number. So good to go. Maybe just me but I’ve become accustomed to most places providing a shipping notice and usually tracking. I guess some places don’t do that routinely however.

    The Roach

I personally am not a fan of a modern looking radio sitting in the dash of my car, so I had an original AM radio converted to Bluetooth, AM/FM, hands free phone call ability, etc. I think it works great. My only gripe is that I can't see where I am tuning if I tune in a FM radio station, but I...

    8 3/4 Axle issues

Perhaps the Green axle bearings CANNOT control or limit the axle's AXIAL (length) movement. Consider going back to the original Mopar Timken tapered axle bearings, which have superior both axial and radial load capabilities. Just my opinion of course......., I'm reasonably sure that the...
