I have the same leak. On mine, the park cable came out of the holder on the floor pan and got on the exhaust which burned the sheathing around the cable. It runs down the cable at the burn and leaks where yours does. I am going to remove it and try putting heat shrink around it. Waiting for good...
Other than the channel the o-ring sits in having flat edges, that’s what my logical (no steering pump experience) was telling me. Thanks for confirming I still got it.
