I don't think I have. Those Canadian 440 tail light assemblies were originally going to be the U.S. Polara tail lights. Only the Polara 500's were to be equipped with the big base plate eventually used on the Polara. By production time, things changed.

Take all the bulbs for the front and rear park and turn signals. Fix one at a time. My bets you have one rear socket messed up and possibly a bad turn signal switch.

This shifter was with the car. Currently has a B&M installed. I think this Hurst is probably correct for 1969.
