Well,
It's been too long! I've got updates!
I found a home for the motorhome 440. See the provided pics.
She's a 1969 Roadrunner. Originally a 4-Speed (no tranny included), 383 HP (not included), 8-3/4" rear end (included), floor panels are shot, rocker panels appear to be solid, cross...
I think on 4- barrel cars, there could be a sheet metal "stove" that goes over there to provide heat to the air cleaner snorkle. It would help the auto choke to come off faster. An emissions thing. The driver's side exhaust manifold is unique to C-body cars.
Looking at the blue photo the hole is about even with the latch screw. So get the linkage all free and working and mark it. You could also stick it with two way tape and make sure it works and drill it. You could always slot the holes a bit if you had to adjust it.
Congratulations to the legendary Wood Brothers Racing, the #21 with Josh Berry as their 2025 driver, their iconic paint scheme and the throwback pit crew uniforms, for winning the 2025 Pennzoil 400 presented by Jiffy Lube at Las Vegas Motor Speedway! Wood Brothers Racing is celebrating their...
He said in the video what it was. From memory without watching the video again, there was normally a heat shield or stove installed the exhaust manifold to direct hot air into the air cleaner snorkel on C body 4 barrel cars, but since there is no provision for using the heated air with the 6...

Sounds like the game "Space Invaders".
Our local lake does the same thing. The two acre pond on the home farm would do it to. We've been ice skating on it and cracking and that sound would make you think whether you should be on it.
Thanks Mike. I did some poking around and searching in the sale ads.. and it does indeed seem that when you search, only older ads of gold members appear. To me that answers the OPs question; yes a gold membership would help someone find that old ad in a search.
I thought about that. I just don't want to drill the holes then after I mount it I don't have the full range of travel and the rods are binding up. I don't know if I should mark holes in the locked or unlocked positon. Guess I'm just being over cautious because the car has been painted already...
I have stage 1 in both my b bodies ...love it over original which has a lot of float or wandering all over the road if you want to call it that..... Stage one definitely eliminates that and tightens it up
Tom provided the numbers in the video. He said 66 built for the US market and 3 for Canada.
He said 10 are known to exist now. The blue one is the only one I’ve seen restored, and this one Tom is working on is pretty decent and complete. I wonder if any of the remaining 8 known examples are...
