As said by others, 1ST thing to do would be to deg the cam, Those multi setting timming gears can be off, mine was, ALWAYS deg a cam, even if it is a stock rebuild.
I run the bars one flat tight left side, 2 on the right side, on rear shock start 4 & 4, front 4 extension, 6 compression. just a starting point, my car is 4100 race weight, also use the lower hole on the front of the bars
Depending on what C&C program was used, those heads will make pretty good power . maybe 300cfm @ 28in , with that cam you should be in 525 ish net HP at the crank
DVW & 33IMP are correct, my Charger will spin on the street, at the track it will stick, these Chargers are very heavy takes a lot of power & the correct suspension AND a very good surface to pull the front end. my Street car @ the track
just wanted to show Ya'll the proper linkage to use for a Street application 8 Stack EFI, the link bar that most come with will pull on the slave bank side as the engine heats up, it will cause that bank to run lean, the hotter it gets the more things expand & the more it pulls on the slave bank...
