There are only two different couplers one for manual steering and one for power steering. Those retainers are tricky to install one of the main things is to not have a bunch of grease on the rubber and retainer as well as the outside of the coupler body.
When i rebuilt the one in my bee I rewound the coil as i wanted to keep the tic and it works great.

looks good! can’t really tell by the pic but it looks as if it may be a little high. it needs to be a bit lower than the cable attachment point at the throttle lever at wide open.
You could possibly check that by removing a valve cover and looking down by the push rods using a light
Should only need to look at one of them while having someone turn the engine by hand.
Removing the intake would be the better way to check them.
