Update.. just dropping in to say this project will likely be on steroids very soon! The last few years have been home renovations and kids sporting events but I've turned my attention to finishing my garages.
Space and a designated dirty work area has been a huge problem so I'm addressing it by...
I don't know for certain what this seat came out of but I removed it from a 1972 Satellite. It needs new covers but is in really good condition, the torn foam you see is only the foam stitched into the cover to create the pleats, in the other pictures you can see the seat foam which is in great...
Part of our agreement was that she helped, that has been spotty but it's back underway. I refuse to build it for her, she would never fully appreciate what was put into it otherwise. Fortunately for me she's dating a Mopar guy now and has found motivation lol. We've been working on it, I just...
My daughter has a boyfriend, I love this kid.. hard worker, respectful, treats her well and he drives a 1967 Coronet and races 1973 Duster. Needless to say her interest in the Satty has grown. At the moment we're stripping everywhere that we suspect that there's puddy.

Hopefully I'll be waking this thread up.. we'll see? As I've stated this was supposed to be a father and daughter build (skin in the game) but my baby is insanely motivated in sports, if it isn't gymnastics it's track, if it's not track it's cheerleading.... and if it isn't that it's fitness...
I'd love to tell you it was easy but it was anything but that lol. I made a custom lower and upper frame and remounted the foam and covers to them plus added a bit of foam to the bottom to widen it enough to fill in the sides. I'll look up where I posted it and provide a link.
No wiring kit necessary, I'd have to look at mine again but I know the fan relay is tied into both the temperature switch and a/c clutch. Runs as needed for cooling and all the time when the A/C is on, also used a fan controller.. not needed but it turns 1 fan on at a certain temp then the...
I have very few old friends left that I hang out with, still have a handful of true friends but at this stage in our lives we usually only see each other when one of us needs a hand.. family life. I parted ways with many in the past that took on the party life, some became lazy, others annoying...
They don't look rebuildable, an aluminum casing peened over a plastic back... I tried to take it apart in hopes of fixing it but for $30? Maybe they would replace it but I didn't want another and wanted it fixed ASAP.
