When I dipped mine years ago, I left them to hang to dry overnight and then dipped them again the next day, but it still was not what I expected. I will have to try it again.
Thanks dadsbee! I have tried plasti-dip a few years ago, but it just did not get thick like the factory. I even did multiple dips and it looked weak after it dried. How many times did you dip yours? I must have dipped my trial stuff 3 or 4 times, but it just never seemed to get that "heavy"...
