Yes once I started laying it out and thinking of it logically, it came back to me. You tried to make it idiot proof with color coated wires matching the relays. Once I realized this it was easy.

He seems to have everything color code, and wrapped so it is kind of hard to see what is going where. If I backtrack all the wires I can probably figure it out. I will post a couple of pictures to try to figure where these wires belong in the relays. These 4 go directly to the relays...
