I am an active member on the FCBO forum. Crackedback made a custom 4 headlight relay system for my '66 300, sadly 3 years ago. My computer crashed lost instructions and contact info for Crackedback. His inbox is full or I would have sent him a PM.

The instructions he gave me were for a b-body, so they would work if anyone here still has them.

Hey Mike, good to see ya over here on FBBO.

Somebody will chime in with his info soon.

Are you asking how to wire them? It's pretty simple and shouldn't require instructions so if that's what your asking I'll try to help.

He seems to have everything color code, and wrapped so it is kind of hard to see what is going where. If I backtrack all the wires I can probably figure it out. I will post a couple of pictures to try to figure where these wires belong in the relays.

These 4 go directly to the relays.

you can contact him on FABO with your questions.

Thanks for all the input and help. I was thinking to hard. He had everything color coordinated. I had everything installed over 3 years ago and don't know why I hadn't finished it.

Unplug all sockets and get your volt meter out. Start on low beams and probe the sockets for voltage. Using the floor switch change to high beams and probe the sockets again. Here's the socket wiring diagram, two prong sockets have power on one side, ground on the other. You can find a much bigger diagram by Googling "headlight socket wiring".

Cool you got it done up.

Yeah the 15 PM limit got me here!

Yes once I started laying it out and thinking of it logically, it came back to me. You tried to make it idiot proof with color coated wires matching the relays. Once I realized this it was easy.
