When I turn the key to start, some times is does nothing.. no clicking, no turn. Other times, it starts right up. Sometimes, if I hold the key in the start position for a few seconds, it will then turnover. I'm going to replace the ignition switch to see if that takes care of it. Any ideas...

Just purchased a 71 Charger and the passenger side AC vent piece was loose. Went to see if I could "snap" it in, and it came completly out. Anyone have any ideas on best way to secure?fasten this piece. It is about 20" wide, has an AC vent on each side and Charger label in the middle. Thanks...
Temp stayed about the same at @ 190. Coolant is now about 1.5 inches below the top. Also, tried a new cap tonight. Take er out in the morning and see. based on yours and other responses, I think I might of just had too much coolant in it.
Motor is running absolutely perfect and strong. Temperature is steady at around 190-200 degrees. drove about 40 miles last night and stopped for gas afterwards and the antifreeze was pouring out of the overflow tube. Any suggestions on steps to diagnose the problem?? I appreciate the help...
