I just went thru this same issue on my conversion from a 318 to a 440. The 318 power steering pump pulley is different than a 440 pulley. The 440 pulley will line up with the front grove on the crank pulley. I bought mine from 440 source. The water pump and alternator should run off the rear pulley.
