Hi All-
Doing my first oil change on my charger, trying to do these things on my own instead of having someone else touch the car.
Looking for advice on what filter to buy and type of oil to use. This is an all original 400 big block.
Thanks!
Got it, that all makes sense.
In short, what would be recommended to do to the air system to help clean up the existing lines? I am looking to clean out what I can from the engine bay. Not too worried about not having any ac or heat. I don't drive it enough.
Hello All-
I am getting so very close to "finishing" my 72 Charger SE. Once the interior is finished, I plan on ripping out all the vacuum hoses and the A/C to 1. Help her breathe better and 2. Not let the A/C rob power from the engine.
Does anyone have advice on doing this or recommendations...
Hi-
I own a 72 Charger that just had its body work finished and it was painted. I am looking for someone in the Baltimore-DC area who does solid work in interior repair. I am having a hard time finding someone online because I have already lost money in the body work to someone who ran off with...
As of now I am changing to a 4 barrel carb. the 750 dual feed made by holly. I have been recommended to do this by a few other people as well.
Has anyone else done this?
Thanks all for the information on this.

Attached is the picture of the fuel line. It was for a thermoquad carb which I am not certain the 400 has.
Thanks! The info is much appreciated. do you recommend any special material to replace the hoses and/or the return vaper canister? Not sure if it is as simple as a rubber hose or some...
I am finishing out the restoration of the body of my 72 SE Charger. I am diving into the mechanical of the engine to make sure this beast is road worthy.
I have been smelling a great amount of gas when the engine is running so I bought a fuel line - pump to carb - from summit...
Over the weekend I was messing around with wheels tested some 7" cragar rims on the front and 10"'s on the back. The 10s work and they look mean. Finding the right tire for that is becoming a pain (ideally I want BF Goodrich). Here are some pictures.

Hi All-
My name is James. I own a 1972 charger SE, 400 big block. Bought it running but it was a rust bucket. Been through a lot of crap with giving it to the wrong people to do the work and money down the drain (I'm sure this isn't anything new). Finally made it out of the dark after buying a...
