thanks for input, the whole idea is that on those factory charger switch that when u turn your park lamps on the doors stay shut, click it one more time they open and the headlights come on, it is air and electric. so I have wired the halos into my side markers which turns on with the park...

yes I did have to cut the headlights buckets they sit it, mostly due to the halo bulbs where they go in. They sit where the factory ones did as I used the factory light bezals to hold them in. if u don't fit them they wont work. heres a pic of very first rough cut and shape. I did clean them up...
