I am thinking this is a good cam swap for a used 5.7, even though it is a compromise cam for smog etc. If the VVT does not effect non VVT engines, it might be a viable option. Aftermarket cams are somewhat illusive in regards to results. HR magazine has more than one junk yard turbo build...
Anyone installed the only factory cam from a boosted Gen III hemi? I figure it should be better than the stock cam and respond well to a 76 mm turbo. Any thoughts?
