Fast idle screw mate , If you open the throttle fully there's a screw underneath it , back it out and test her

Make sure the fast idle is not engaged mate , blip the throttle after a minute or 2

Check these in the below order mate Any Fault codes AFR readings/ sensor IAC steps Ignition coil / box Fuel pump / fuel pressure

I would pull the distributor and wires and redo them from scratch mate
