Hi Kiwi. I flushed it about 10x. Twice with macs 1400 then about 8 times w distilled water. It was pretty dirty. After filled back up and tweaked concentrate / distilled water I just ran it and that’s it. not sure how to get air out? Even if air is in there it shouldn’t go past the cap...

Dear all, I am looking for any info on the radiator in my 1969 Charger 440. I bought the car with this aftermarket radiator so I have no idea of the history. It has nothing on it but for "RAD 6375 5623" on the driver side of the radiator. I am in search of the correct cap for this radiator...

hello. I used the poly boots.

If you took down drag link / idler arm for any reason make sure idler arm is torqued tight.

That’s great! Mine were wrong ones for the 440 and they were tired. I couldn’t get the right height, that’s really why I changed them. Glad yours is all set now. Have a great weekend.

Gotcha. I just replaced my .88’s on a 440 69 Charger w 1.03” bars. Was going to offer my experience if you needed it w the 1.03” ones.

Thanks for the replies gentleman. I’ll look into some of the options there. I really don’t want to sell or repaint the car I’ve put way too much into it and I love it. The magnet or a wrap that can be removed etc. should be it. Thank you all again very much.
