What are the lamest factory wheels and lamest aftermarket wheels?

Correct. Put adequate space in between so if they have an issue they are "way back there".

What are the lamest factory wheels and lamest aftermarket wheels?

Oh, so we need anti-lawsuit idiot labels to have common sense now? You guys are the reason I NEVER follow trailers on the road.

What are the lamest factory wheels and lamest aftermarket wheels?

You mean, wheels designed to be on a heavy truck didn't fail at the application they were designed for? WOW Pick up truck wheels are not designed for trailers. This is not a difficult distinction to observe. Dispute it all you want.

What are the lamest factory wheels and lamest aftermarket wheels?

I agree. Aluminum mags, even factory truck wheels, do not belong on trailers. Especially tandems. They were never designed for the forces exerted from the trailer during a tight turn. Aluminum will crack. Usually, the studs are too short to properly torque down also.

What are the lamest factory wheels and lamest aftermarket wheels?

Once again, Ford takes the cake for ugly/cheesy: 15"x6" wheels on the V6 17" 3 bar on the GT. Ford guys used to get mad and point out that these were the lightest factory wheels put on a Mustang in that era. Doesn't matter. Still retarded. How about the Ford EXP from the 80's? WTF ARE...

    75/77 Fury Monaco?

    Probably trim level.

    75/77 Fury Monaco?

Nice! I hope you save it. Check the bottom corners of the rear window for sneaky rust. Trunk floors were also prone in this era. With the square headlights, it almost has to be a Monaco front end. Probably off a sedan, at least the nose: The car you are looking at the front end looks...

    Recycling is a waste

OK, get ready for this book.... First whatever CA does should be ignored. Nothing going on there is based on science or even reality regarding this. Total joke, pretend they don't exist in this conversation. Likewise, anything coming out of an actor's mouth is pure agenda driven BS. Sorry, the...

Another case of a low performance driver in a high performance car

Based on the last 25 years, the obvious answer to correct this is to make the car weigh 800lbs more. Because we must save every dipstick that can't drive from themselves. Sorry, that's me being bitter about "safety" in this industry as I muse daily over the weight difference between my 2013...

    Challenger/Viper drag race

So the 400kg +/- is 850lbs+/- To put that in perspective. Yes, the cars from the early 2000's and newer are fat pigs. My '13 AWD Hemi Charger weighs more then a 1970's C body. Part of why the launch is sub optimal on the Challenger is the weight as well. Especially from the stop, it takes a...

    75/77 Fury Monaco?

Well, lookie at that on FB right now a picture of a 75 Charger with the "half roof" This does have the opera windows. But that era, all bets were off on how things ended up, dealers were installing things like stripe kits, roof kits, decals, all after taking delivery of the car.

    75/77 Fury Monaco?

Not all the Monaco/Fury coupes had opera windows. Or even a vinyle roof. Here is one I saw for sale a couple years ago, it is a 78 I think- it has the sporty 3 bar wheel like my police sedan also: Plus, maybe I am seeing things but the one in the OP lookslike I can see a trim line on...

    75/77 Fury Monaco?

Hard to see past the brush. Plymouth had a big grill across, Dodge Monaco had a 2 piece grill with a beam in the center. Square headlights means 77/78 So it is a Monaco or a Fury, Coronet looks like that too but was only 75/76. Coronet got "replaced" by the Monaco name in 77, and the C body...

    Pre-Atomic Steel?

The value of the old steel has dropped significantly. It had gotten high as it was needed for specific science experiments and instruments that needed to avoid the "static" or maybe interference is a better word from the minute radioactivity. In years since they have found other materials. But...

    Annoying TV ads part 15

"I called to check my ZIP code..." These commercials are scam artists at work trying to phrase things in a way that the elderly think they are missing out on additional gov't provided medicare things because they forgot to fill out the right form. But, I did start using the "I called to check...

Anyone in the market for a new pickup truck?

I counter your offer of butt ugly missing the front clip EV truck with 2002 Chevy 2500HD 8.1L/Allison crew cab. Edit: Righteous.
