I have a 67 Belvedere 4 door and just replaced the back passenger regulator. The rear windows go all the way down. I had to lube up the regulator and tracks but everything is smooth now

Usually a sharp rap with a hammer will break the swage and pop the studs out of the square hole. I've used carriage bolts to mimic the seat bolts and made a swage tool to stake them in place.

They are swaged in place. I used a carriage bolt and turned it down on a lathe to look like the factory bolt. I then made a swage tool and used an arbor press to swage the carriage bolt in place. You really don't need to swage them in place....the factory did because it was a time...

Only way you're going to get just the front is if someone only wanted the back and got the entire kit....and now want to sell the front. Not likely. Overall it's not that expensive to get the entire kit.

Another point of reference is to look at the seat bracket holes in the first picture above. The drivers side is at least 1 inch farther from the centerline than the passenger side. It's all because Ma Mopar set the drivetrain off to the passenger side.
