    Seat tracks

I've done a couple of sets in the past but never thought to take pictures. It's been years since I did them, but I'm positive I had to remove one of those swaged rivets to get one side out. Once the first roller set comes out, I believe the track will move far enough to get the other roller...

66-70 floor pan supports for bucket seats.

I believe the floor pan is dimpled where the holes get drilled. The plates will pretty much line up and drop in place when you get them in their right location.

‘68 console column interchange with ‘66?

I’ve done a 68 into a 67. The under column mounts are the same for those years and there is some wiring that needs changed. I assume the wiring issues will be similar with the 66 but I’m not familiar with how the 66 column mounts under the dash. It’s been a while since I did this but if I...

    74 Charger black Brougham interior

Pull a hard panel or trim piece the headliner is tucked under. Lack of sunlight will help preserve the original color.

    4dr rear windows

I have a 67 Belvedere 4 door and just replaced the back passenger regulator. The rear windows go all the way down. I had to lube up the regulator and tracks but everything is smooth now

Moving bolts on seat tracks, 70 Charger?

BTW.....are you needing a full floor pan or a half pan? There is a speed shop in Toledo, Ohio that has a set of AMD right and left floor pans with bucket seat brackets. I believe he would ship these and usually he comes in at approximately 50% of what AMD retail is if he has stuff on the...

Moving bolts on seat tracks, 70 Charger?

Usually a sharp rap with a hammer will break the swage and pop the studs out of the square hole. I've used carriage bolts to mimic the seat bolts and made a swage tool to stake them in place.

Studs for front seats, 70 Charger - removeable/replaceable? Or buy a whole track?

They are swaged in place. I used a carriage bolt and turned it down on a lathe to look like the factory bolt. I then made a swage tool and used an arbor press to swage the carriage bolt in place. You really don't need to swage them in place....the factory did because it was a time...

Instal Console or Dash First 66 Coronet 500

I would also recommend putting a blanket, rug or pillow over that front console bracket. About the time you don't you will hit your head on it and wish you would have.

    Legendary auto

Years ago I parted a 69 runner that was T5 copper exterior and brownish interior. The dash pad and a pillars looked like your old pad. They are long since gone....but my memory wasn't off color that much. I don't ever recall seeing a dash pad the color of the new one you show....unless it...

    1968 B Body Bucket Seats

68 A&B body are the same frame with different tracks. Same is true for 69 A&B seats. 68 & 69 frames are the same except 69 have headrest provisions and 68 don’t. 69 frames can be used for a 68 without issue. 68 frames can be used for 69 cars but you will have to give up the headrest or...

Thanks! It sounds like what I have will work.

Are 66-67 glove box liners the same between Belvedere and Charger/Coronet?

Going through the WPC swap meet I asked at three vendors for a 66-67 belvedere glove box liner and everyone said they were sold out and that the coronet was different. I ordered from Classic Industries and it came in and says 66-67 b body on the packaging, but 66-67 charger/coronet on the...

Finding front carpet for 69 Coronet

Only way you're going to get just the front is if someone only wanted the back and got the entire kit....and now want to sell the front. Not likely. Overall it's not that expensive to get the entire kit.

    67 Satellite interior swap

I just talked with legendary earlier this week about a 4 door back seat with a 2 door design and the customer service rep said they won’t do that. It wasn’t a pressed pattern I was looking for so theoretically it should be feasible to do...but the answer was no. I would go with Jerry Hall’s...

66-67 hardtop vs 4 door seat bottom difference

I have a 67 Belvedere 4 door...and decided to put buckets in it. A couple years back I ran across some 66 Coronet RT buckets on CL and they had brand new black RT seat covers that came with them. It was an awesome deal and now I have newly covered Coronet RT buckets. Unfortunately I have a...

Wanted - 66 coronet 500 four door interior pictures

I'm looking for 66 coronet 500 four door pictures specifically for the rear seat. I'm putting buckets in my Belvedere....and when I bought the buckets they came with 66 charger seat covers. I know the pattern won't be correct for a Belvedere....but I'm not going for correctness...just the...

Need help installing console in 69 Coronet

Good deal....I was hoping you looked at the thread again before trying to make adjustments. Glad I could give you reassurance the brackets were right.....something like that would have bugged the crap out of me if I thought it was wrong....I just can't leave things like that go.

Need help installing console in 69 Coronet

Another point of reference is to look at the seat bracket holes in the first picture above. The drivers side is at least 1 inch farther from the centerline than the passenger side. It's all because Ma Mopar set the drivetrain off to the passenger side.
