10" drum brake and 11" drum brake swap?

Does anyone know if you can swap from 10" to 11" drum brake on a 70 b-body without changing the spindle? Is it a straight swap? Different bearings?
 
Spindles are the same. Where you may run into a problem is on the drums/hubs, there are different offsets on the hubs for some years
