11.75 disc brake questions

Howdy All, I picked up 2 11.75 set ups with everything from the spindles out. What I have on the car now is 10 inch discs from IIRC a 71-72 Satty wagon. They work fine but if Ican go to the bigger discs why not. So I tore one side down to check fitment. The rotors from the donor have a bigger bearing, the spindle is taller @ 5.1/4 and the brackets are wider @ the bolt holes to spindle mount. What do I have here?

The caliper adapter in 2nd picture on the left looks like it's for 11.75 rotor. Not sure about others.

How thick are the rotors? C body rotors are about 1.25, B body rotors are about 1"...
