1962 dart 1963 dart rear end

Does anyone know if the 62 Dart rear end is the same as the 63 dart? If not what's the difference in them.

No, they are not the same. 62 is a b-body, 63 is a a-body. 62 will be a 8 3/4" with spring perches at 44", 63 will have spring perches at 43". Overall width of the 63 will be slighty narrower flange to flange (not including the backing plates) than the 62, I believe it will be about 5/8". I am not sure but, I think the 63 will not be a 8 3/4".
