1963 Dodge 330 Steering column interchange

I have a 1963 330 that has a damaged steering wheel shaft . Manual Steer . I am trying to find out if a 1964 Dodge 440 Power steering Steering column would interchange . I was thinking of replacing the entire column .

I think the shaft itself is shorter on ANY power steer model.

A power steering shaft will not work on your manual box. The manual box is not as large as a power one, and requires a longer shaft to reach it. You could try Kramer Automotive Specialties in Herman, Pa. 724-285-5566. He sells a lot of reproduction parts for early B-bodies.

I got done early so here are the pictures of what I have. (For over 20 years) This is the car I had that it came from. It was a 40,000 original mile car. (Wish I'd kept it) Shaft is straight, splines & threads are good. Will need upper bearing & I will send the snap ring & "C" clip that came off it that retains upper bearing in place.

It's nice to help out a member but you shouldn't turn an information thread into a sale thread.
There are specific sale rules that should be followed for your protection.
I am awaiting clarification from the site owner to see how this should be handled.
