1964 plymouth spare rim size

hi was wondering what would be the correct spare rim size for a 1964 plymouth belvedere and colour black or body colour i also ordered the trunk spare bracket because mine was removed in the past can anyone show me where that bracket would go in the trunk thanks

14 X 5 spare rim, most passenger cars; 14 X 5.5 on wagons.
Painted black with full wheel covers; body colour with dog dishes.

great thanks i will try find one in good shape will paint body colour then i run the car with dog dish cap

test fit your dog dish before you buy as there are two different size centers that the dishes fit.

'68 and newer wheels have 4 lugs that hold the smaller hub cap on. '67 and older rims have 3 lugs that hold the larger hub cap.

Is your car a Canadian car? Fender tag? The 64 Canadian polaras used the convertible trunk pan, which put the spare tire bracket in the right rear corner of the trunk, unlike the American ones in the front center of the pan

The car is a USA car so it will be in front of pan I guess I waiting for the bracket to come in I will try post fender tag thanks

It will be only a spare will never use it I thought will look nice with a old tire in there

FWIW my original 63 SF vert has the spare mount on the right side, where your battery is!
