This is a 1965 Belvedere II Hardtop, the interior is pretty good with fairly new and clean front and rear seat covers. The door panels are fair with aftermarket speakers cut into them. There are Autometer gauges that function correctly, and Autometer Tach mounted on the dash that is currently not wired but did work correctly before I unwired it to work on the dash. I have a radio and bezel that can be installed in that blank opening. All the lights operate but the cancelling unit in the steering column needs to be replaced and I have new unit for that from Megaparts which looks to be an excellent reproduction. The trunk has some rust through on the right side that needs to be addressed. I think it can be patched, then shot with spatter paint and be done with it. The front floors are in need of repair and the rear floors will need some patch work. I have purchased a nice set of front floor pans which should address the problem. The quarters have been repaired and will need further attention. The doors seem to have survived and need little work. The fenders also were worked on and will require further work. This car is currently a driver, especially if the floor work is dealt with. The paint is fairly new, not great, but is serviceable for the time being. There are other areas on the body that are bubbling but once again someone with bodywork ability can work their way through this car. The color is Patrician Green Poly. Below is a list of what has been done on the car since I have had it.

• New Powermaster one wire alternator
• Rebuilt driveshaft
• Rebuilt 8 ¾ rear with new green bearings, seals, all brake hardware, e-brake cables, includes 742 case, suregrip differential, 3.90 gears
• Coilover rear shocks
• Thermostat and fuel line to the pump
• New rear tires (Cooper Cobra 255R70x15) and steel wheels painted body color
• Steel front wheels painted body color
• New Mopar Chrome box (ECU), harness, ballast resistor
• New headlight switch
• Mopar Electronic Distributor recurved, Holley 750 DP disassembled, squared the main body, and regasketed
• New brakelight switch installed
• New power steering hoses
• New radiator hoses(not installed yet)

The motor is a 440 HP block, Mopar Performance single plane intake. 727 Torqueflight Transmission, column mounted shifter with reverse manual operation.
Wilwood front disc brakes, linelock installed inline but not currently wired, driveshaft loop, weld in frame connectors, headers and welded dual exhaust.
I have a current and valid Tennesse Title, car currently is registered and tagged in Connecticut. I will include a Complete Moog front suspension kit($650.00), made in the USA, all parts to rebuild the front suspension. PM me for more pictures and detailed information. The car is in Southeastern Connecticut and can be inspected by appointment. Thanks, Jim M.

Price is $9,000.00

1965 Belvedere II, More Stuff

It's gotta go soon. Will add the following:

Chrysler 727 rebuilt and ran for limited time in my Savoy B-body. 2 converters: one is stock RV type, the other is a Dynamic unit. One new Mopar Performance P2466326 flex plate and one used flex plate. Also includes some park and shift cables.

4 Cragar (sp) classic chrome mags, a little tired but not all that bad.

Thanks, Jim M

1965 Belvedere II

Car is still here, Curt has contacted me and is coming to look it over tomorrow. The Moog suspension is now in the car, Front disc brake calipers (Wilwood) have been rebuilt, new front brake lines and proportioning valve installed. Tachometer now wired in and working correctly, just got an NOS trunk lock and a good used variable speed wiper switch. Just seem to keep spending on a car I'm going to sell. thanks, Jim M

Nice nice nice... Good price too!! Good luck Jim. gotta love those early B's

Roger that. I hear his visit went well considering he's a Corvette guy.... I've been working on converting him for a few years..........

1965 BelvedereII

Car is sold, thanks B-Bodies, once you become a convert to the 62-65 B-Body you never look back, cars have great lines, are fairly light, still somewhat available, and go like a mother. Jim M.

Glad to hear there is another 62-65 B coming to PEI. Right now there is only 5 or 6 in the whole province and 3 of those have been in storage or getting worked on for years. Can't wait to go for a rip in this one Jim. Have a good one.
