I'm reposting because I didn't get any answer:

It seems that for 1965 only, B Bodies have steering boxes with large sector shaft (1.25). I ordered and received a Rare Parts pitman arm which was supposed to fit my 1965 Belvedere II with power steering. It doesn't fit on the sector shaft (sector shaft is too large). But the shape and lenght are good.

The casting number on my pitman arm is #2462802

There is one on sale on Ebay at a crazy price:

What would fit on my 1965 Belvedere II ? Some people sells on Ebay what they call a «fix», which is supposed to fit a B Body with an original steering box (1.125) replaced by one with a large sector shaft (1.25)

I would try a 1973 up A or E body, power steering arm. The arm may look a little different but the tapered stud should end up in the same place, as the original. I have the small spline version of that arm on my 67, and it works perfectly.

I have a 65 belvedere ll that I am parting it is manual steering and had a / 6, if it is what you need be happy to help

Suggest that you try Rick Ehrenberg's site or his e-mail

He was selling several variations of pitman arms, different spline diameters and spline counts, for just about all combinations of A, B, C body applications and years. He's also on eBay.
