1965 coronet 500

Does anyone know if the 1965 coronet 500 426 street wedge 4 speed came with a center console?, Ours never had one in it when we bought the car, but we could never find any information that said there was one.

don't know if this helps but my 64 sport fury with a 426w 4sp did

500 would have had a console

The 500's were top of the line trim levels, inside and out.

if it did it would have brackets on the floor for the console to bolt to unless the floor has been replaced but yeah all 500s should have came with one unless someone opted to delete it off the order sheet when they ordered it new.

should be brackets on the floor. i think the only console delete/ folding armrest option was on '67 or later gtx's and r/t's.
