I did a jeep disc conversion on the rear of the car when we put it together, but used all oe drum on the front. Kinda sucked stopping wise so I ordered a kit from doctordiff.com and finally did the swap.

Man what a breeze. Everything in the front of our car is new, less than 500 miles so it came apart nice. But everything was included in the kit. Just straight up take off and put on. It included new calipers, pads, spindles, bearings, hoses, and I opted the extra $25 for cross drilled rotors.

I know you can piece stuff together but easy this way and with new stuff.

I did swap the rotor around. This was during mock up as I was going back and forth between front or rear mount caliper mounting. Ended up being front with the supplied rubber hose routing.

No clearance issues on the 15x8 Rockett wheels.

Looks pretty sweet!!!!

great to know. I got Dr Diffs brakes for the front and back. Went witht he drilled rotors as well. Did you change out any of your brake lines?

I put new rubbers on the front as the drum style is different. I kept my hard lines though as they are stainless.

Went for a drive yesterday. So much nicer. It's still manual brakes but I'm using the Mancini adjustable push rod and a MC from a 70 b-body.

What back spacing do you have on your wheels? I was thinking of getting 15X8 with a 4.5" back spacing for my 1965 coronet. Any clearance problems in any areas other than the brakes which are ok?

Thanks
