Drivers side defrost nozzle duct with hose, and mounting nuts. Yes it is broken on one tab, the other one is fine, The broken side was a clean break and can easily be repaired. In one of the pics I have a close up of me holding it in place. The hole in the one side is a mystery. No clue why or how it got there. This is part number 2607 399. $35.00 plus shipping.
