1966 Charger tach. sending unit?

The interesting part is which way did they route the 4 wires. Either from the centre of the dash or through the console harness.

Mine comes from the dash harness, With the plug located under the glove box.

The tach sending unit bracket mounts to the forward edge of the dash frame under the glovebox. It sits right next to the EL powerpack bracket. Once you remove the glovebox it will be easy to see where they mount.

Story is 66 is behind the glove box. 67 in the forward part of the console. ???

Can any one show me where the tach. sender bracket mounts on a 66 Charger? The plug is behind the glove box.

The 66s that I have been taking parts off of have it the the right of the power supply to the EL.
