Powered by a 426ci HEMI 8-cylinder engine paired with an A833 4-speed manual transmission and Track Pack. One of 12 4-speed manual convertibles produced in 1966. Comes with a Wise Validation Report and a Galen Visual Inspection Report.
The 426/425hp HEMI V8 engine, offers 10.25 compression as a street engine. It is equipped with hemispherical cylinder heads, heated intake, dual inline 4-barrel Carter carburetors, free-flow manifolds and dual exhaust, and has 490 ft/lbs of torque. The 500-model meant additional exterior trim was added, and this example has undergone a complete rotisserie restoration. It is finished in Silver Metallic and has a black top and interior. Interior highlights include front bucket seats, a center console with an integrated shifter, tinted glass, a power convertible top, heat, defrost and a push-button radio. The only modifications since new have been power front disc brakes and upgraded tires and wheels. Included in the sale is the factory production Trim Tag, the original dealer Window Sticker, owner's manual, an IBM card image as provided by Chrysler Corporation, and all original parts such as brakes, tires, wheels and hubcaps. This vehicle was inspected by David Wise and comes with a Wise Validation Report, as well as a Galen Visual Inspection Report.

Galen report states Vin #6 of 08 and is 1of 1 in metallic grey. Only 4 66 Hemi convertibles believed to be remaining

The car was previously sold at the Mecum 2019 auction for $107,250.

That $107k might be a little low now, my bias opinion.

I would think so. But that Hemi 4spd convertible would have to trump money wise any 66 hardtop dodge or Plymouth, right in close to similar condition???

Does this particular car have issues??? Does it not have a for '66 block? or Hemi trans? There's no vin stampings on them. Not that it's going to make a huge difference on a '66.
 
I looked at it last year at BJ 2023 sale
It went thru no reserve , Sold a click over 100K I think

Best I could tell the SO number was in the radiator support.
But could not find the one in the rear. As I was told to look it over Really close
