Hi All,

I'm looking on summit and am looking to get some fresh shocks. Just looking for something to tighten the ride up a little. The ones I have now are probably the original ones.

The price range is all over the place.

If anyone has a 66 what did you get?

I look forward to your recommendations.

Thanks,

watermelon

69 here. Bilsteins.

Yep. You're 69 rocks. I hope to be getting my net out as much as you do.

Now that ignition and fuel injection are done I'm moving on to brakes and suspension.

Got some wilwoods discs for the front and some new leafs and add-a-leafs to toss on the ride over the next couple of weekends.

I ended up getting some kyb gas-adjusts for front and rear. I actually had some Hotchkis-Fox shocks from summit delivered. They are light as feathers but $200 a piece. The salesman told me they shipped in pairs but turns out they didn't. It woulda been $800 for the whole car just for shocks. Sending them back. I like the quality of the pieces though but would rather spend some cash on a Truetrac center piece for the 8.75. (I have Hotchkis front and rear sways waiting to be installed...be beefy!!!)

Thanks for the help all
