1966 Steering box

1966 Belvedere Poly 318 Leaky steering box, how hard is it to get it out of the car?

not too bad depending on your exhaust on that side.3 bolts to car,coupler at column(need to tap out a roll pin for that)pitman arm unbolt(try to seperate it at the box side,so you dont damage the grease boot at the cntr link),and the two hoses.if it is too tight you may have to undo some exhaust or even lift the motor a bit.

Are you just replacing the seals? You can do that while it's in the car.....

no, want to do the entire box, new one (rebuilt) lifetime warranty is a hundred bucks.
