This came off a 69 Road Runner. I believe this is correct for 68-70 B body but can fit earlier years with handle change (chrome). It moves freely. Has light surface rust and the extension spring for the ratchet dog broke. I kept it so you can use it to find a replacement. Unfortunately the lower mounting stud is broken. Other than that good core for restoration.
