My Uncle wants to convert his 1968 Charger R/T 11" manual drum brakes to power drum brakes. He remembers getting a booster and master cylinder for his high school car back in 1970 from a junk yard, but does not remember what else he needed to convert it over to power drums. Does any one know if the linkage from the brake pedal to the master is the same for manual as it is for power? What will be need to convert the manual to power besides the booster and master cylinder?
Thanks in advance,
Mark

Linkage is different.
He will need a fulcrum linkage.

I made the same conversion. Some body here will have one to sell.
Make sure they include all the bolts and sleeves.

:) I think I had the notch of the link facing the wrong way in the installed shots and turned it around to match the first pic (and above in post 3). Don't think it really makes any difference as neither way seem to have a clearance issue.

I guess he likes to live precariously with drum brakes. I swapped my manual drums out to discs on my R/T once the engine was stroked to a 499. I felt like a train engineer with 500 or more horsepower with manual drums.
