Reading what is gone on this car I would not even go near this thing unless you are able to do all the work yourself and even then, prepare to spend a **** load of money.
Look in the for sale adds here and other mopar sites and you will find yourself a great deal on a nice car that you can get in and drive. Also something to think about is "life", it can get in the way with anything happening and then you could have a car
in the works and not able to finish it and still not worth much. Diving into a project of this magnitude is a monumental task and if you have a regular full time job and maybe even family there isn't always going to be time to work on the car. The price tag
for a pro to do this car would be way more than what the car is worth and quite frankly you would be just as far ahead if you start a little camp fire and start tossing the the green backs in. JMO.

youll have 12,000 in new AMD medal, 18,000 in metal work(shop rate) then 6-8K in paint, and 5K in interior, 5k in motor. 1500 in trans,, about $50,000 in a 40K car........ upside down,,,,

Seriously, cars like that are frustrating because you can see they weren't molested much - then totally neglected. You see all the originality, all the goodness it was, but sometimes it's better to have a less rusted, dented up car in boxes than to tackle something with all that frame/floor problems.
But, as has been pointed out, it's only time and money!
