Looking for who might manufacture a quality trunk mat with the correct material and material thickness that will actually correctly fit the trunk! Any help out there? Thanks in adbvance for your help......

The 1 thing trunk mat's are good for.......rotting out the metal underneath it.

But if you're stuck on that OEM look and equip, Legendary Interiors has them. Believe they're around $50 bucks. If you do install one, do yourself a favor and every time you wash her or goes through the rain, lift that mat and dry up any moisture that may have gotton in. The trunk seals in these cars are notorious for leaking into the trunk. You're still going to get condensing mositure between the metal and rubber backed trunk mat, but at least water or heavy mositure from wash/rain would be eliminated.

good luck.

Yup and part of the reason why 99 percent of these cars have rotted trunk pans.

Yep, trunk mat is used for shows ect and never kept inthe car, but still interested if anyone has imput on a good one with correct fit and material???Thanks

smart man....I use to have the legendary mat in my Coronet several years back. If it's worth anything; back then it fit well and had the correct pattern on it. I believe I remember leaving out in the sun for a couple days to get the crease from being folded during shipping out of it.

Good luck

Legendary's are die cut from rubber and are way better than the cheap vinyl. Dante's also sells the ones from Legendary so always nice to support the little guy.

I have the factory rubber mat in my car,it still has the original floor.I noticed condensation after the restoration and placed a couple of Shamwow,s under the mat and has been dry since.
