This issue sort of reminds me the old saying "if you dont have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all"..... slamming someone's car because they like something you don't is at a minimum hypocritical as there is surely someone who dislikes your car. Everyone has and is entitled to their own opinion.

It was on the car when I got it. Obviously this is drilled through the decklid, so not something that is resolved easily.

That's why they were called option's, if you wanted to personalize your car, you checked the box. The boxes that you checked might not do it for someone else. When you are the one paying for it, do it your way!
I like the wing on a 70 Charger. I love everything that was available on a 70 Charger. If you want the purest form of the second generation Charger, get a 68. Me I love all three years of the second generation Charger, but a loaded up 70 Charger R/T SE is the one that really does it for me!
